AIM OF THE PROJECT

The aim of the project was to optimize the management of internal personnel in the power stations. In addition to absence planning, the availabilty of appropriate staffig with correct qualifications in the power plant should be ensured.

Course and result

The employees from the power plant were closely involved in the project and contributed their requirements and experience. The recording processes were defined and the automatic planning was discussed together. Based on the awarded qualifications of the employees and the further external conditions, the considerable planning time can be saved. The system takes over the initial planning and the planner has just to intervene for the details.

In addition to the main component of the planning for short-term, medium-term and long-term planning, some functions of the TMW were also reproduced. In this way, the planners can carry out all aspects of real and required planning in one interface without having to switch between individual programs or transactions.
